As a first time home buyer, there’s a fear of the unknown: From the actual cost to purchase, to who else you need to be working with along the way, and then everything in between. The ease with which Matt guided me through the buying process was remarkable. His attention to detail on my behalf, and the uncomplicated (and extremely timely!) way he communicates made for not only an enjoyable process, but an amazingly effective one.
