We were really pressed for time when we wanted to buy a condo. But with Matt’s help we were able to view a sufficient number of condos to give us a good selection, and within a week we were able to close a deal. He replied and responded immediately to any questions and requests we had, no matter what time of day, or day of the week it was.
What impressed me most though was, that Matt still took care of us after the possession date, when an unforeseen problem appeared with the condo. He must have heard about this through his office and called me from his Christmas Holidays. During his absence he arranged, that his brother Adam would look after and resolve the situation. This was more than we could have expected.
